Cracker Toffee
Ingredients
36 crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
Directions
Cover 12 x 15 cookie sheet w/ foil and place crackers. Mix brown sugar and butter and bring to boil. Let bubble 2 min (for soft caramel- longer for harder type). Pour and spread over crackers. Bake at 400° for 5 min. Remove from oven and let cool 1 min.
